We loved staying at this place in the centre of the city. The location was perfect with no traffic noise and the train station nearby. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and ironing facilities. We also enjoyed the dining experience, with delicious special diet menus to choose from. The staff here were fantastic and it was clear that management had good interpersonal skills training in place. We loved the leisure facilities like the sauna and steam room and felt very well looked after as guests.

We recommend this hotel to everyone who desires a luxurious and comfortable stay.

If you're looking for a hotel that is centrally located and offers easy access to public transportation, this place is perfect. It is close to a tram stop and the Oxford Road train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, ensuring you won't have to travel far to find a good meal.

The lack of attention to cleanliness in the rooms is disappointing. Guests have reported stains on the carpet, unvacuumed floors, and dirty chairs.

We celebrated our anniversary in this city and were overjoyed by the hotel's thoughtful treatment. Best aspects were the charming upgraded room surpassing our expectations, which came with a bottle of wine compliments of the staff. The room's elegant atmosphere and comfy beds invited relaxation. Breakfast offered something for everyone, and the friendly personnel served fresh coffee. the location allowed us to explore the city centre on foot with ease.

The venue is low cost and business, its location is perfect, so close to the centre, downtown and bars and restaurants.

Moreover, greater manchester police museum was 10 minutes' walk away. Could use their secure parking.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around easily. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a single bed for my toddler. The hotel provided glasses with ice upon request, which was a nice touch.

I liked to be in this place. The staff was kind and welcoming, the room was fabulous. The setting was quite beautiful within easy reach of Chinatown.

The room had a cool feature with a button in the bathroom, made the glass cloudy then clear. It was childish but fun!. The bed was very comfy and the location was central yet the room was surprisingly quiet. It was convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was pet-friendly, great because we had our dog with us. There was an extra charge for cleaning, but it was worth it to have the whole family included.

When we upgraded to an executive suite, we were disappointed that we had to pay extra to watch movies. It would have been better to have a cheaper room with regular TV.

Lively hotel, I liked its central location next to China town, the city centre, restaurants. Helpful staff, as expected. Plenty of good options for meal.

Great location and friendly service. I arrived late, but the receptionist was very helpful and arranged a late check-in. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of fresh smoothies every day.
